Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR Business Partners and management to provide guidance and interpretation of policies.
• Answer questions and resolve issues; explain services, policies, and procedures.
• Investigate and analyze problems; implement improvements and efficiencies.
• Leverage HRIS and analytics; run reports to provide data-driven service.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personnel and payroll records.
