Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration or related HR field; plus 1 year HR experience, or equivalent.
• Must pass job related tests.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with HR Business Partners and management to provide guidance and interpret policies.
• Answer questions and resolve issues; explain services, policies, and procedures.
• Investigate problems and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Use HRIS and reporting tools to generate data and provide service.
• Lead or participate in project teams; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
