Job summary

Osaic seeks a Manager, HR Compliance & Governance to build and maintain its HR compliance framework. You will implement controls, monitor risk, and coordinate remediation with HR, Legal, and Internal Audit. This role ensures consistent HR practices across multiple locations.

You will monitor federal/state changes, lead policy governance, and collaborate with leadership to reduce employment risk and strengthen governance. Hybrid work in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, employment relations or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of HR compliance and governance experience.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO and multi-state requirements.
• Experience building controls, audits and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve HR governance framework across HR and control functions.
• Identify risks, establish preventive/detective controls, and monitor remediation.
• Govern policy development, approval, implementation, communication and review.
• Monitor employment-law changes and ensure updates to policies, practices and systems.
• Develop HR leadership dashboard tracking material risks and corrective actions.
• Partner with Learning & Development and HR leadership on training and tools.
• Serve as HR's central governance partner across HR functions and Legal/Compliance.
