Zusammenfassung

Osaic is seeking a Manager, HR Compliance & Governance to build and maintain the company’s HR compliance framework, including policies, controls, monitoring and reporting. The role will collaborate with HR leadership, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and Payroll to reduce employment risk and promote consistent HR practices.

The person will identify risks, establish preventive and detective controls, coordinate remediation and ensure timely action across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years in HR compliance/governance.
• Experience with employment-law compliance and audits.
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO and state/local laws.
• Strong analytical abilities and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Maintain HR governance framework, defining controls, owners, monitoring and accountability across HR and control functions.
• Govern HR policy development, approval, implementation and review; maintain policy owners and inventory.
• Monitor federal, state and local employment-law changes; update policies and practices accordingly.
• Develop an HR leadership dashboard tracking material risks and remediation actions.
• Partner with Learning & Development and HR leadership on targeted trainings and toolkits.
• Serve as HR’s central governance partner across HR functions and cross-functional teams.
