Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Manager, HR Compliance & Governance to build and maintain HR compliance and governance frameworks, including policies, controls, monitoring, and reporting. You will coordinate remediation with HR leadership, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Payroll, HR Ops, and business leaders.

The role requires 7+ years in HR compliance, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of HR compliance and governance experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, employment relations or related field.
Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO and related state/local requirements; multi-state U.S. workforce experience preferred.
Experience building controls, audits and risk assessments; remediation management.

Responsibilities

Maintain HR governance framework across HR, managers and control functions.
Track exceptions, root causes, remediation owners and corrective actions.
Govern HR policy development, approval, implementation and review; coordinate acknowledgments and documentation.
Monitor employment-law changes; implement updates to policies and systems.
Develop HR leadership dashboards tracking material risks and corrective actions.
Partner with Learning & Development on training and tools for recurring issues.
Serve as HR’s central governance partner across HR functions and with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit.
