Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Manager, HR Communications and Change based in Plano, TX. Lead a team delivering HR-related communications across locations, partnering with HR leaders to promote programs and communicate key messages through multiple channels.

You will leverage data and analytics to shape change strategies, ensuring consistent, clear communications and strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business, or HR or demonstrated lead of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing materials in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex communication and change planning and strong project management.
• Experience creating, launching, and sustaining communications programs to drive organizational change.
• Experience with organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.
• Proven ability to handle uncertainty, adapt, and influence at all levels.
• 7+ years of business experience with large, complex communication or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Communications and Change team to deliver clear, on-brand communications.
• Develop and execute integrated communication and change leadership strategies.
• Assess stakeholder needs and resistance points to shape communications with learning teams.
• Create strategic narratives, leader messages, FAQs, talking points, and multi-channel plans.
• Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to feed HR pipelines.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, planning, and execution of change requests.
• Partner with HR COEs and Corporate Communications on large-scale impacts.
• Use data and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
