Qualifications

• 7+ years of business experience with large, complex communication or change initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Communications and Change team for clear, on-brand communications.
• Develop integrated communication and change leadership strategies for HR programs.
• Use data and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
