Job summary

Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Manager, HR Communications and Change in Plano, TX. You will lead a team responsible for communicating HR topics to team members across locations and partner with HR leaders to promote programs and messages.

The role focuses on creating clear, data-driven communications, developing change plans, and leveraging multiple channels to drive adoption and engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or HR.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Ability to manage complex communication and change planning.
• Experience creating, launching and sustaining communications programs.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and tools.
• Familiar with project management approaches and lifecycle.
• 7+ years in large, complex communication or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Communications and Change team across locations.
• Develop and execute integrated communication and change leadership strategies.
• Assess stakeholder needs and shape communications with learning teams.
• Create strategic narratives, leader messages, FAQs, talking points, and multi-channel plans.
• Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms for pipelines to HR systems.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, planning, approvals, and execution of requests.
