Job summary

Connectify HR is hiring a Human Resources & Client Experience Partner. You will conduct HR audits for new clients to ensure compliance, review policies and job descriptions, and provide HR consultation to client leadership.

You will also assist with employee communications, HR systems development, onboarding, and benefit-related support during implementation, while maintaining CRM records and ensuring privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or related field.
• 5-7 years customer-facing experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP designation within one year of qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts HR audits for new clients to ensure compliance.
• Review client handbook, policies, job descriptions, and other HR documents.
• Provide HR consultation to clients' leadership and management teams.
• Respond to employee questions and concerns as needed.
• Assist clients with HR employee communications and onboarding processes.
• Develop HR systems, processes, and tools for clients.
