Job summary

StrataTech Education Group is seeking an HR Business Partner - B2B to align HR strategy with our B2B goals. You will lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and compensation discussions, partnering with leadership to ensure timely sourcing and competitive offers.

The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and sits within the HR function. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, analyze headcount and budgets, and support employee relations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Full-cycle experience including offer negotiation.
• Proactive sourcing and filling positions quickly using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience with workforce planning, budgeting, or headcount management.
• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and Power BI.
• HRIS experience; UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, trade associations, schools, and community partners.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical B2B positions to minimize time-to-fill.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, from intake and sourcing strategy through screening, interviews, and offer.
• Respond to candidates quickly, move them through the process promptly, and remove bottlenecks with hiring managers.
• Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline volume, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, selection criteria, and compliant hiring practices.
