Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - Training & Development in Murfreesboro, TN to lead learning, talent development and workforce effectiveness initiatives. The role blends strategic HR with hands-on leadership of training programs and performance improvement activities.

You will design onboarding, compliance and leadership programs, manage LMS/HRIS records, and partner with leaders to close capability gaps while supporting succession planning and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Training & Development or related role.
• Experience developing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
• Manufacturing or operations experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and LMS preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design, and performance consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning, talent development, and employee capability initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Conduct organizational, departmental, and individual training needs assessments to identify performance gaps and development opportunities.
• Design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, technical, leadership, and professional development training programs.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure successful employee integration and engagement.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans and roadmaps supporting objectives.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS records for training compliance and reporting.
• Establish training effectiveness measurements using assessments and data.
• Provide coaching and consultation to supervisors, managers, and employees on performance and engagement.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, and recruitment efforts.
• Assist with investigations, policy interpretation, and corrective actions as needed.
