Job summary

MAHLE seeks a Human Resources Business Partner - Training & Development to lead learning, talent development, and workforce capability initiatives. The role blends HR business partnership with hands-on training program leadership.

You will partner with leaders to align training with strategic objectives, design and deliver onboarding, compliance, and leadership programs, and oversee LMS/HRIS records and reporting. Strong facilitation and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Minimum 3 years in Training and Development or related role is required.
Experience developing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
Experience with HRIS and LMS preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning, talent development, and employee capability initiatives with organizational objectives.
Conduct organizational, departmental, and individual training needs assessments to identify performance gaps and development opportunities.
Design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, technical, leadership, and professional development training programs.
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure successful employee integration and engagement.
Develop and maintain annual training plans and employee development roadmaps.
