Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an HR Business Partner - Training & Development to partner with business leaders in Murfreesboro, AR. You will lead learning, talent development, and workforce effectiveness initiatives while directing onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs.

The role requires a strong HR background with 5+ years in HR and 3+ years in Training & Development, plus experience with LMS/HRIS and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Training and Development or related role.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training.
• Manufacturing or operations experience preferred.
• Prior HRIS and LMS experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align workforce planning with objectives.
• Assess training needs at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
• Design, coordinate, deliver onboarding, compliance, leadership, and professional development programs.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Develop annual training plans and employee development roadmaps.
• Manage LMS and HRIS records for compliance and reporting.
• Establish training effectiveness measurements using assessments and feedback.
• Provide coaching to supervisors and employees on performance and development.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews.
• Support recruiting, retention, and onboarding initiatives.
• Assist with employee investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement aligned with MAHLE Production System (MPS).
• Analyze workforce and training metrics to identify trends and actions.
