AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks an HR Business Advisor to lead change management, workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development, and analytics for strategic HR initiatives within a hospital setting.

The role partners with facility leadership to design onboarding, performance reviews, and talent development, while championing regulatory compliance and policy interpretation for frontline leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR disciplines: employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics, engagement, laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and organization
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders through change, advising on short- and long-term decisions and large-scale change.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure policy compliance and address issues.
• Advise on workforce planning, recruitment, development, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Design and deliver onboarding, orientation, and new hire experiences aligned with culture.
