MISTRAS is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. The role aligns people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, focusing on workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and compliance to enable growth and strengthen outcomes.

The position involves strategic partnership with leaders, succession planning, and collaboration with COEs to ensure aligned talent strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years HR experience.
• Expertise in local employment laws for the region.
• Oil/gas industry experience preferred.
• HR strategy, recruitment, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and HRIS experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment with confidentiality.
• Strong communication, influencing, and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint experience.
• Willingness to travel within the region and to the corporate office.
