Job summary

Humani HR, a fast-growing, remote-first HR consulting firm, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to guide client HR programs across employee relations, compliance, compensation, HR programs, and more. You will partner with a portfolio of clients, lead initiatives from strategy through execution, manage multiple accounts, and build lasting relationships.

This role offers $80K–$100K base plus a performance bonus, four weeks of vacation, benefits and retirement match, with occasional on-site

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing HR experience
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states
• Payroll operations experience and/or union experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including C-Suite executives
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution (policy, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits, recruitment, performance management)
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutions
• Build strong, lasting client relationships that drive Humani’s success
