IMEG Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and leaders across functions. You will provide guidance on HR policies and collaborate with legal and HR leadership to deliver solutions that support business goals.

Responsibilities include workforce analytics, employee relations investigations, recruitment support, visa sponsorship where applicable, and coaching management on performance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SHRM).

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular meetings with client executives and teams.
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Understand basic legal principles and seek additional information to support day‑to‑day employee management, reducing legal risks and supporting regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the legal department and HR leadership as needed.
• Provide HR and performance management guidance to team management through scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies.
• Assist with visa sponsorships and related HR matters.
• Identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individuals in conjunction with HR leadership.
