Job summary

IMEG Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategies with business goals across functions. You will partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions that advance organizational objectives and provide guidance on HR policies.

Responsibilities include advising on employee relations, compliance, talent development, and collaboration with HR leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, 2+ years HR experience, and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular meetings with client executives and teams.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
• Understand basic legal principles and support day‑to‑day management and compliance.
• Partner with legal and HR leadership as needed.
• Provide HR and performance management guidance through coaching and discussions.
• Work with management to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring; collaborate with managers on skills needs.
• Assist with visa sponsorships and related HR matters.
• Identify training needs in conjunction with HR leadership.
