Job summary

IMEG Corp. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Dallas, TX (hybrid, full-time).

You will partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, hiring, training needs, and day-to-day HR guidance across sites. You will analyze trends, support regulatory compliance, and help strengthen relationships, morale, productivity, and retention while leading cross-functional HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM).

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular meetings with Client Executives and teams.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
• Conduct investigations in a thorough and objective manner.
• Provide HR guidance to management through coaching, counseling, and development discussions.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention with management and employees.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified applicants with departmental managers.
• Assist with visa sponsorships and related HR matters.
• Identify training needs for disciplines, teams, and individual coaching.
