Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to align HR solutions with business goals.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop programs and policies.
• Manage employee relations and conduct thorough investigations.
• Advise management on HR policies and regulatory compliance.
• Support visa sponsorships and other HR matters as needed.
