Green Thumb Industries is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with rapid growth at our production facilities. You will partner with site leadership to drive talent, engagement and performance initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and scalable HR processes.

Formación

• 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner in a COE-style environment.
• Experience supporting production/high-growth environments with large hourly workforces.
• Experience collaborating with site leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Align HR programs with business objectives at the production facility(s).
• Coordinate talent, performance, engagement, and succession planning.
• Lead change management initiatives and scalable HR processes.
• Advise leadership on employment law, leave policies, and compliance.
