Green Thumb is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our production facilities and drive scalable HR programs across the organization. You will align HR strategy with business goals, partner with site leadership, and execute solutions that support local and national objectives.

The role requires 5+ years as a strategic HRBP, strong communication and leadership, and experience with hourly workforces. A union background is a plus; the pay range reflects market requirements in the US cannabis

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner with COE structures.
• Experience supporting production/high-growth environments.
• Experience with large hourly employee populations.
• Union environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify talent needs and gaps; define career paths and succession plans.
• Scale culture and engagement to become a best place to work in cannabis.
• Lead employee relations investigations and advise leadership.
• Guide change management initiatives and communication plans.
• Develop and roll out scalable HR programs and processes.
