Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a People Business Partner for the Sanford Plant to lead strategic HR initiatives, from organization design to leadership development. You will drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management while partnering with managers and executives to achieve sustainable growth.

You will work within the Global People team to deliver insights, build capability, and foster an inclusive culture at the Sanford site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
• Experience across a complex, matrixed organization with a global perspective.
• Ability to influence decisions through data, insights, and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to drive proactive HR strategies and programs.
• Leverage data analytics and diagnostics to inform workforce decisions and plans.
• Support talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Act as trusted thought partner to business leaders on talent and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy people solutions to improve team performance and culture.
• Lead change management initiatives to align People strategies with business priorities.
• Drive organizational design projects and large-scale change programs for the site.
• Support capability development and ensure adherence to site People standards and policies.
• Provide coaching to managers and ensure proper documentation and follow-up for performance issues.
• Collaborate with site leadership to craft labor relations plans and staffing strategies.
