Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Sanford, Maine seeks a People Business Partner for the Tom’s of Maine Sanford Plant to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational design, development, and engagement.

You will balance day-to-day HR activities with strategic initiatives, leveraging analytics to influence leadership decisions, and advancing a culture of inclusion and high performance across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR partner experience.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization with global perspective.
• Demonstrated data-driven decision-making and business partnering.
• Experience with compensation, talent management, and HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to drive proactive HR priorities including organization design and capabilities.
• Lead learning and development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Support labor relations, policy development and renewal to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees across the site.
• Foster an inclusive culture and build capability to enable sustainable growth and agility.
