Job summary
Colgate-Palmolive Hodges, SC region is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to define and drive the talent agenda for the Greenwood Personal Care Manufacturing Plant, partnering with senior leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
Reporting to the People Business Partner Director, you will lead large-scale design initiatives, leverage analytics and AI tools, and shape resilient people programs to support growth and a high-trust culture across the site.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in strategic business partnership.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders with data, insights, and sound judgment
- Technical proficiency in HR technology, compensation execution, and advanced Google Workspace
- Experience using AI tools to enhance HR strategy and operational efficiency
Responsibilities
- Frontline worker engagement and culture enablement.
- Strategic advisory to senior leaders on workforce strategies.
- Lead complex organization design and large-scale change initiatives.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development.
- Leverage data and AI to forecast attrition and close capability gaps.
