Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in strategic business partnership.
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data, insights, and sound judgment.
• Technical proficiency in HR technology, compensation execution, and advanced Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance HR strategy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Frontline worker engagement: Lead culture enablement and people initiatives to motivate frontline workers to achieve organizational goals.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that align with long-term business priorities.
• Organizational Design: Lead complex organization design projects and large-scale change management initiatives; enhance agility and performance.
• Talent & Succession: Drive succession planning and talent development to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and AI tools to forecast attrition and identify capability gaps.
• Culture & Capability: Scale transformative enablers focusing on leadership development and team effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global CoEs to ensure programs resonate locally.
• Operational Improvement: Integrate digital solutions and AI to enhance efficiency and impact.
