Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a People Experience Partner to lead the local execution of Global People programs and create an inclusive environment where employees can perform at their best across Finance, Legal and IT functions.

You will partner with COEs and HR Business Partners to deliver programs, drive process improvements, and influence strategic HR priorities while navigating a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR or business roles.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in HR programs.
• Experience using data to diagnose HR issues.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Proven stakeholder management across HR or multiple functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage execution of global People programs including performance management, talent planning, learning & development, and compensation.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement new global programs in the context of the business and region.
• Ensure high-quality experience around onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, career development, and leadership capabilities.
• Manage employee relations cases with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Ethics & Compliance on investigations to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize HR service delivery.
• Provide on-the-ground feedback and insights to People Partners, CoE, and CBS- ensuring alignment.
• Manage key components of agile Global People projects and initiatives.
