Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a qualified HR professional to drive global People initiatives within the North America region. The role focuses on performance management, talent planning, learning and development, and compensation in close collaboration with People Partners and CoE teams.

You will advise managers, manage employee relations with sound judgment, and contribute to ongoing HR process improvements using data analytics and AI-enabled tools. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant human resources experience.
• Demonstrated ownership in managing competing priorities and timelines to accomplish overlapping activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute global People programs, including performance management and talent planning, in partnership with centers of excellence.
• Support the People Experience team in implementing new programs in the regional business context with CoE teams.
• Ensure high-quality experiences across onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development to boost engagement.
