Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead workforce planning and implement compliant HR practices onsite in Cranbury/South Plainfield NJ. The role includes payroll, onboarding, benefits, and policy development to support business objectives.

You will partner with managers to address staffing needs, ensure labour-law compliance, and drive talent development and performance initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in human resources management within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources including workers’ compensation, union relations, and federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Conducts ongoing supply and demand support on staffing and skill needs.
• Source candidates and build a candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with department managers to compile requirements.
• Ensure screening, hiring, and selection comply with employment laws.
• Identify gaps and implement changes to cover labor law risks.
• Manage complex HR projects cross-functionally.
• Build a strong relationship with internal clients.
• Collaborate with HR to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Provide day-to-day consultation to leadership on ER issues, policy interpretation, and talent management.
• Oversee compensation and benefits policy-making, pension schemes, and social relations.
• Work with employees to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and on/offboarding processes.
