You will partner with leaders and staff to deliver value-added HR programs that support division and system objectives, including leader consultation, coaching, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

In this role you will analyze trends with the HR team, provide day-to-day performance guidance, and collaborate with benefits and compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5 years of HR experience in a complex environment.
• Superior critical thinking, strong consulting, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
