Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. You will partner with leaders to implement HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and support workforce programs within the assigned client group.

Responsibilities include policy guidance, HR process execution in Workday, and ensuring equity and compliance. A Bachelor's in HR-related field and 3–7 years HR experience are required; SHRM/HRCI certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years HR experience in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years in a generalist/functional role with exposure to compensation, performance management, training, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders and employees with HR initiatives and processes.
• Maintain positive relationships and serve as a contact for leaders and employees within the client group.
• Coordinate HR programs and ensure compliance and equity across the client group.
