Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Commercial strategic workforce plan and the enterprise people and talent agenda.
• Develop and execute an integrated people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel and executive coaching.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent management, rewards, performance, and development solutions.
• Lead strategic talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Identify capability gaps and design interventions to drive performance.
• Shape organizational design and operating models to support transformation and growth.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives with stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Apply budgeting, FTE management, and demand planning to support the people agenda.
• Drive innovation through digital tools, AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
