Job summary

Azenta Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to partner with leaders, shape talent strategies, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across the organization.

You will coach managers, drive organizational design, manage talent processes, address employee relations, and contribute to onboarding and employer branding initiatives. A Bachelor’s in HR and 5+ years of HRBP experience are required; Workday knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant program.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist.
• Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and Workday are preferred.
• Solid HR practitioner with the ability to establish trustful working relationships with all levels of an organization while gaining and maintaining credibility.
• Data-driven, critical thinker.
• Self-starter who is ready to take on challenges that stretch their capabilities.
• Proactive, articulate communicator and active listener.
• Sound business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver talent solutions and drive culture.
• Coach managers on performance reviews and talent processes.
• Develop and execute robust plans to attract, retain, develop, and engage talent in critical roles.
• Oversee and expand the internship program to attract and develop emerging talent.
• Enhance the employee value proposition through onboarding initiatives and employer branding.
• Partner with COE leaders to shape and implement innovative HR solutions.
• Guide managers through annual performance reviews and succession planning.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify workforce trends and provide insights for decisions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with legal as needed.
• Improve work relationships, morale, and productivity across the org.
• Support restructures, workforce planning, and talent development.
