Job summary

Kalon Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team in Denver. This role partners with leaders and employees across a multi-state organization, handling employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong HR judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with varying priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws; multi-state experience preferred.
• Experience supporting managers in a distributed, multi-location organization; California HR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR partner to managers and employees across practices and corporate functions.
• Independently manage employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and terminations.
• Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and leadership practices.
• Develop and improve HR policies, templates, and workflows for consistency and scalability.
