Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a Talent Business Partner to support HR strategies for its regional operations across the United States. The TBP will work with business leaders to deliver tailored Talent solutions and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The role involves managing key Talent processes, coordinating leaves with Total Rewards & Safety, and collaborating with Talent COEs to drive workforce planning and analytics. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi-site organization.
Experience in distribution, warehouse, or similar environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems with focus on operational HR delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide Talent support to business leaders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Execute key Talent processes and programs, including performance management and onboarding.
Support Talent management and development, including succession planning and trainings.
Contribute to Talent projects and enhancements to improve efficiency.
Collaborate across Talent functions (COEs) to ensure cohesive Talent delivery.
Support workforce planning and analytics by monitoring data and trends.
