You will act as a strategic consultant to divisional leadership and manage payroll oversight, talent development, and compliance. You will lead HR initiatives across workforce planning, change management, and employee relations, reporting to the facility GM with a dotted line to Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or MBA highly desirable.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in strategic HRBP/HR Manager role.
• Experience managing HR for 500+ employees in manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership aligned with divisional business objectives.
• Oversee divisional payroll with a dedicated payroll specialist.
• Develop and mentor HR staff; manage workload and performance goals.
• Partner with EH&S for risk management and worker's compensation oversight.
• Support compensation, benchmarking, and internal equity audits.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development programs.
