Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Production Management, Engineering Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Past experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system required.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing groups to achieve productivity and quality goals while minimizing scrap.
• Develop KPIs and mentor supervisors and leaders in the group.
• Analyze data to determine root cause and troubleshoot performance issues.
