Position Summary:
The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible to support Human Resource needs of the direct labor across the Littleton, CO location. The incumbent will partner with Supervisors to ensure a positive employment experience, support employee relations for high levels of engagement, retention and morale. This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be expected to work onsite in our Littleton, CO location.

Required Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience. Professional certification by either the Human resources Certification Institute (HRCI) or Society for Human resources Management (SHRM) preferred
Experience: 3-5 years supporting full spectrum of HR disciplines preferably in a high growth manufacturing environment; strong preference for experience supporting direct labor in a manufacturing environment; Aerospace and Defense industry experience preferred; strong experience in employee relations; experience working in a matrixed environment and partnership with HR Centers of Excellence

$53,594 - $89,324
Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognitionofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
