Job summary

Barnes Group Inc. seeks an HR Business Partner to serve the West Chester, OH site. You will partner with site leadership to align people strategies with business goals, driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

You will guide performance management, organizational design, and HR policy execution while partnering with Centers of Excellence and Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end HR operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources leadership or Human Resources Manager experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Human Resources Business Partner for the West Chester site aligned with business priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach managers on performance management, career development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to recruit, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
• Drive execution of HR processes, talent reviews, and employee lifecycle activities.
