Job summary

Genpak is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting employee relations, attendance, leave administration, workers' compensation, benefits, engagement, analytics, policy administration and HR compliance.

The role requires partnering with managers, supervisors, employees, and corporate HR to promote a positive work environment and align people practices with business goals across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred, or 5+ years HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, leave administration, workers' comp, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA and workers' comp regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee attendance management and payroll data accuracy.
• Manage employee lifecycle engagement, onboarding, stay interviews, exits.
• Lead leave administration (FMLA, PLOA, STD) and vendor coordination.
• Handle workers' compensation and return-to-work strategies.
• Drive benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee education.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze workforce metrics and deliver data-driven insights.
