Job summary

Fontaine Spray Suppression Company is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to own the talent acquisition strategy for the HDCM platform and lead full-cycle recruitment for critical salaried roles and targeted hourly hires.

You will partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to attract top talent, build pipelines, and drive hiring excellence. The role focuses on workforce planning, succession, and organizational capability while aligning with Marmon’s growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across professional and hourly positions.
• Experience influencing leaders and driving recruiting strategy without direct authority.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of structured interviewing and talent assessment.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy for the HDCM platform across multiple Business Units.
• Personally lead full-cycle salaried recruiting across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, HR, and leadership positions.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
