QVC Group is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to advise senior site leaders at the Florence, SC Fulfillment Center. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, lead talent and leadership initiatives, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Onsite role with relocation assistance. You will guide delivery resources and partner with People teams to ensure responsive, coordinated support for the site.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR, people partnership, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience advising senior leaders and turning priorities into people plans.
• Experience leading or coordinating people programs and change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior site and business leaders on people implications tied to plans.
• Translate people strategy into local priorities and lead talent and leadership initiatives.
• Lead complex change and transformation programs with People partners.
• Use data and business insight to identify workforce needs and shape priorities.
• Coordinate with partners to provide consistent People & Organization support.
