Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to support leaders across HR4HR and Marketing, Strategy & Communications. You will partner with senior HR Business Partners to anticipate talent needs and deliver practical HR solutions.

This role emphasizes organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, performance management and compensation, with enterprise programs tailored to each business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in progressive HR roles, including HRBP or similar.
• Broad knowledge of HR disciplines: talent, org effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, performance, workforce planning.
• Strong consultative, judgment and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle confidential matters.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with HR and Marketing stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day HR consultation with leaders and VP HRBP.
• Support workforce and organizational planning, including design.
• Lead talent processes: goal setting, performance, succession, development, compensation.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver coordinated HR solutions.
