Ameriprise Financial is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support WMAG, partnering with senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across advisor and leadership channels. You will build relationships, anticipate workforce needs, and deliver innovative talent solutions aligned with business growth and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with strategy and implementation.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning.
• Consultative and proactive leadership style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to partner and coach with senior executives in selection.
• Sourcing methods and techniques expert.
• Strong PC skills: Microsoft Suite, Workday, databases, social media techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, leadership-level positions across WMAG.
• Develop and execute sourcing and talent- attraction strategies for diverse pipelines.
• Partner with senior and executive leaders to understand priorities and gaps.
• Utilize direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and pipelining for passive talent.
• Provide labor market insights and competitive intelligence to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR partners, compensation, and business leaders on offers.
• Communicate Ameriprise's value proposition and compensation philosophy to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and affirmative action.
• Leverage data to measure recruiting effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support succession and workforce planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
