Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant program.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist.
• Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and proficiency in Workday are preferred.
• Solid HR practitioner with the ability to establish trustful working relationships with all levels of an organization while gaining and maintaining credibility.
• Data-driven, critical thinker.
• Self-starter who is ready to take on challenges that stretch their capabilities.
• Proactive, articulate communicator and active listener.
• Sound business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver talent solutions and foster an inclusive culture.
• Coach managers on performance reviews, talent management, and compensation cycles.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Oversee and expand the internship program.
• Contribute to onboarding initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform HR decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and partner with legal as needed.
