Job summary

Sibelco is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders across assigned country clusters. You will translate people needs into actionable HR plans that drive performance, organizational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience.

You will support workforce planning, recruitment, performance, engagement, and employee relations while coordinating payroll inputs with HR Operations and leveraging Workday for data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or Law.
• 5+ years of HR Partner experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acts as regular HR business partner for managers within the assigned scope and translates people needs into practical HR actions.
• Supports workforce and headcount planning and advises on organisation structure during changes.
• Coordinates recruitment with Talent Acquisition and aligns employment conditions with policy and local law.
• Supports performance management, talent, succession and employee development activities.
• Manages standard employee relations matters and supports local consultation with works councils or unions.
• Oversees payroll inputs and works with HR Operations to ensure accurate payroll processing.
