Job summary

You will partner on workforce planning, recruitment, performance, engagement and employee relations, while coordinating payroll inputs with HR Operations and payroll providers. This role combines strategic partnering with hands-on HR support.

Qualifications

• Provides HR partnering to managers within scope and translates people needs into practical HR actions.
• Advises on organisation structure, role clarity, and people implications of changes.
• Manages workforce planning, recruitment, performance, talent, engagement and employee relations.
• Oversees payroll inputs and issue follow-up with HR Operations and payroll providers.
