Sibelco Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to business leaders, managers and employees within the assigned country. You will translate people needs into practical HR actions supporting performance, organisational effectiveness and a positive employee experience.

The role combines proactive HR partnering with hands-on HR support across workforce planning, recruitment, performance and talent, engagement, employee relations, and payroll oversight.

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Law or equivalent.
• Master degree is an asset.
• Typically 5+ years of prior work experience as HR Partner.

Mansioni

• Acts as the regular HR business partner for managers within the assigned scope.
• Provides sound advice on organisational, employee and people-risk matters, resolving standard issues and escalating complex topics.
• Supports workforce planning and headcount planning with local input and follow-up.
• Advises managers on organisation structure and role clarity during changes.
• Supports recruitment needs and coordinates recruitment with Talent Acquisition and approval requirements.
• Supports managers with performance, talent and succession, and employee development.
• Manages standard employee relations matters and coordinates payroll inputs with HR Operations.
• Ensures adherence to local legislation and HR policies and contributes to HR projects.
