Job summary

Webcor Construction, LP is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites. You will counsel management on performance management, employee relations, and leave programs, while partnering on policies and procedures to position the company as an employer of choice.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or HR and at least three years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR.
• At least three years’ experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Ability to travel to multiple project worksites in the greater Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Counsel, coach and train management on performance management and employee relations.
• Partner in implementing programs, policies and procedures to support a best‑in‑class employer.
• Oversee onboarding including new hire orientation and integration into Webcor culture.
• Coordinate performance management process for assigned business units.
• Investigate employee relations issues and document follow‑up.
• Provide guidance to employees and recommend resolutions to supervisors.
• Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and evaluate programs.
• Participate in evaluation of training effectiveness and ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to leadership.
• Analyze trends and metrics with HR to develop data‑driven solutions.
