Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• PHR, SPHR or related HR Certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Aligns business objectives with employees and management for designated groups.
• Establishes partnerships across HR to deliver value-added service reflecting business objectives.
• Guides managers on performance, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Interprets HR policies for supervision and employees on work-related issues.
• Leads complex employee relations investigations and resolves issues.
• Performs data analysis and prepares recommendations on projects.
• Partners with HR team to share best practices and enhance HR effectiveness.
• Supports onboarding and exit interviews to understand attrition trends.
• Drives strategies for employee engagement, change management and culture initiatives.
• Improves relationships, morale, productivity and retention across the organization.
